If you live in the area and you’ve never been to the Miami Auto Show (formerly the South Florida International Auto Show), we suggest you scooch on over. Unlike Detroit, or LA, or New York, Miami isn’t home to any huge new reveals, or fog-laced press conferences. It’s simple, it’s fun, and it’s relevant.
We were in attendance at this year’s event and there were definitely some sights to see. Here’s five of our favorite rides from this year’s outing:
Although it wasn’t a shining star in Miami, the all-new SRT Viper dazzled in white. A more sophisticated look at everyone’s favorite snake.
Surprisingly, the Nissan Juke Nismo was one of the best looking rides at the Nissan booth. That love-it-or-hate-it styling furnished with Nismo performance bits made it one truly enticing crossover.
The official ride of the Miami Auto Show, the Chevy Corvette was not to be outdone. Donning the yellow and chrome look, the new Stingray made sure to turn heads the second visitors walked through the doors.
The F-Type is all well and good, but it’s not until you feast your eyes on the insanity that is the XKR-S GT do you feel alive. The advanced aerodynamics paired to a massive rear wing and a 5.0-liter supercharged V8 makes for one sexy kitty.
Our best in show this year comes to us from Maranello. Unlike any other F12 we’ve seen before, the berlinetta in question donned a flat silver paint scheme and of course, a 6.3-liter V12 and 730 horsepower.
