Lots of consumers are put off buying new tech products for fear that they won’t understand how to set them up or use them properly. ENJOY is addressing that problem. The California-based business has partnered with some of the biggest tech brands in the world to offer customers a free hour long session at home with an ENJOY expert, to help them get any new tech purchase up and running.
AT&T is the first company to offer ENJOY visits. Customers are able to opt in for the free service and schedule a session with an ENJOY expert at a time and place of their choosing. The ENJOY expert will then hand-deliver their purchase, unpack it, guide them through its features and help them get the most out of their new product. Other brands, including Boosted, DJI, GoPro, HP, Lenovo, Sonos, and Specialized Bicycles have also signed up and will be integrating ENJOY’s service soon. ENJOY offers the full range of products from partner brands on their e-commerce site.
All ENJOY experts are highly trained and knowledgeable about the products. They work on a freelance basis and can choose their own schedule using ENJOY’s proprietary app. Could this style of personal commerce expand into other areas of retail?
