How much do you like to sit around and blog? Do you love it so much that you have never complained about it? My guess is that you have complained about blogging in some way or another, but there really is no reason as to why you should. The problem that most people have with blogging is they don’t see results fast enough, but blogging is not about seeing quick results, it is about building relationships.

With that said I want to tell you some of the worst blogging excuses that I have ever heard of and why they are just a waste. Whether you blog about making money online or about golden retrievers, blogging excuses are always present.

Blogging Excuses That Suck

I don’t Have Enough Time – Let me start off by telling you this, you always have enough time. When people say that they can’t keep blogging because they don’t have enough spare time, then they are lying. The reason I say this is because they have time to take an hour long shower or spend 3 hours at the gym, but they can’t write a blog post that takes no more than 20 minutes. I just don’t get it. If you want to have a good excuse for not blogging, then try to make sure it is not this one.

What Do I Write About – This is sometimes a valid excuse because a lot of times I run out of things to blog about, but then I realize that I can blog about anything that I want to. If you are having trouble coming up with different things to write about, then you need to take a step back and see what is there for you to write about. Sometimes blogging is all about finding the right story, not just finding something that will fit into your schedule/blog.

Nobody Even Reads My Posts – Just because a person is not reading your post now doesn’t mean they won’t in the future. It is because of this that even if you have a new website, you should still put new posts on it. The more posts you have on your website in the future, the more traffic you will be able to get. Just know that people will read all your posts at some point, so don’t stop writing and make sure you do whatever you can to get a new post up on your site each so many days.

I Am Waiting Until I Get More Traffic – Oh, really? You are waiting until you get more traffic, huh? The problem with this excuse is that is shows just how dumb you can be. If you are not getting traffic now, then not putting new content on your site is just another way not to get traffic in the future. The biggest problem with letting a blog sit without being updated is the longer it sits, the more it looks like it is not being taken care of by the search engines and this causes them to drop your site in the rankings.

All of these excuses really suck, so don’t give them anymore. If you want to give an excuse, then stop wasting your time and just get rid of your blog altogether. More and more people are starting blogs, so you might want to get on that before everybody else passes you. One thing that I want you to understand before you go is that the longer you wait to blog, the longer it will take you to start making money.

Before you go I would like to ask you one question – What is the worse blogging excuse you have ever heard of? Please answer in the comment section below.
