What are good prices for grocery delivery business?

ALWAYS price to value. The person who said "cost plus 10%" would be doing themselves a great dis service. You should price your products/services based on what you know it is worth to the customer.

Even if you feel like you are getting paid "money for old rope", it is still worth something to someone else even if it doesn't cost you much to provide it. Sometimes you can get a fantastic margin if you're smart about so don't shy away from the opportunity.
