The 30-day satisfaction guarantee applies to new orders. If you are not completely satisfied, you may receive a refund of your Website Builder subscription fee, less the domain registration fee, if included in your plan. You may keep the domain name if you request to do so at the time of cancellation, which must be within 30 calendar days of the date of your order. You may then transfer your domain name to a new registrar 60 days after registration. All refund requests must be made by calling 1-866-781-9246 and must be specifically requested at the time of cancellation. Refunds will be made only to the Account Owner and only to the credit card on file. Refunds are available for Website Builder only and not for additional services purchased.
