According to the infographic, 83% of shoppers surveyed claimed that they need support of some kind to complete a purchase whereas 89% of shoppers said that they have stopped shopping online at a specific store after experiencing poor customer service.  The infographic also highlighted the importance of retaining customers as it costs 7 times more to attract a new customer that to retain an existing customer.

The infographic also showed the importance of positive reviews according to which , Consumers are 2 times more likely to share a bad experience and it takes at least 12 positive review to make up for a single negative review.
