Critical Minute: Successes Here, Successes There

The mission of the Institute for Economic Empowerment of Women (IEEW) is to empower women economically, socially and politically and to assist in the fundamentals of starting and growing businesses.

The institute provides mentorship opportunities for women from countries like Afghanistan and Rwanda.

IEEW’s core programs and courses help people in explaining the need for developing communications tools to help with marketing and public relations.

In-depth courses also explain the need for social media and the purpose of a website.

All of that knowledge from the Institute will help women go back home and get their products and services out to the world. They’ll also be able to teach others what they have learned while they were here in the United States during their mentorship programs.  80 percent of the women who engage with the institute are still in business today. The institute sheds light on how successful business practices here, can help struggling businesses abroad.
