Hey, sorry to hear that you are having issues with Form Bots spamming you through your email contact forms. The sad part of this concern is that any method to deter Form Bots from spamming you while still keeping an email contact form as an option to your legit customers, will be a frustration at best for your customers and may be technically advanced for you to implement.
The most common method to keep spammers out is to determine if they are human or a robot. This method is called CAPTCHA (Completely Automated Public Turing Test To Tell Computers and Humans Apart) which displays a code or word that would need to be typed into a box to allow the form to be submitted. Yahoo! currently does not have any CAPTCHA code for you to use within SiteBuilder or Site Solution but this process isn't impossible to do within SiteBuilder as it does offer some ability to add custom code or to manipulate the way the form posts it's content before it is sent to you via email.
Since this would be completely custom, we wouldn't have any live support for this added functionality but we can recommend that you read a few sites in regards to learning more about different CAPTCHA providers. A few site for additional reading can be found here:
"The Official CAPTCHA Site"
