I can't contact to Yahoo support.Why I can't connect to my domain ? How I Re-active my domain ?

Dear Supporter,
I don't know why my domain not work at this time
I have use my Master Debit card and buy 2 domain at Yahoo business Services ,I have charge my money total $35.
First domain i use coupon YDMCALL, but second domain i not use.
Please talk to my how to I Re-active my domain?
What should I do if I want my domain work again ? ( scan credit card, bill or my infomation... )
I've contact to email but Yahoo support no reply my email.
