If I work as a temp at a company for a long time, will they consider hiring me?
If you believe that you are truly valuable to the company. If you enjoy working there. Then go talk to the manager or owner. Tell them that you realize you were hired as a temp, but you would really appreciate the opportunity to work for them full time and permanently. Then give them a few days to decide. Once you have an answer then you will know what to do next.

Do a great job, be pleasant, ask how to learn to do more things. Basically, you want to position yourself as someone they want to hire. They get a chance to see you work and if you do a great job, it's much more likely they'll offer you a job if something comes up and you apply for it.
