Question

How do I go about opening a restaurant?

I have been wanting to open a sandwich shop for a long time, and now I have a lot of money saved up to get started. I have a business plan completed, but I still need to work on the cash flow charts.
If there is anyone who can give me advice on asking for business loans and investors, that would be greatly appreciated.

SBA - Small Business Adminstration has all the help you might need and sometimes has investors, however, restaurants, etc. are the most difficult to find investors.

Maybe best to take one already established over. There are folks who want to sell due to retirement, illness, etc. Hit the pavement and check out places that appeal to you and talk to owners ... you might find a fit.
