how to start my own hospital?

Being a doctor or pharmacist has almost nothing to do with opening a hospital. If you are talking about a real hospital, as in a big building that does surgeries, and all kinds of other wonderful things, all you need is MILLIONS of dollars to build the hospital, and purchase equipment.
If you just mean you want to have your little doctors office, then all you have to do is become a doctor and be licensed to practice medicine in whatever country you're in. Pharmacists aren't doctors by the way. You can't do surgery or anything like that. You just take care of the medicine.
To start a business, you need a business degree.
You would hire doctors, etc.
You would be in charge of running things.
u should take a course on "how to open a hospital". and opening a hospital its easy, just hire nurses doctors and buy an ambulance for emergencies and ur all set. oh and tell each dr to bring their own equipment so u dont have to buy anything :) lol

People laugh a little because starting a hospital is beyond your abilities and takes millions of dollars. Aim a little lower - take your medical courses, get some business knowlege, get involved with the volunteer and low profit medical things happening in that part of the world - Doctors Without Borders is a big one that many people know of, here in the states. Then think more in terms of a clinic than a hospital, at first. That's how things start, from little seeds.by John D - 1 year ago
