Does a time difference matter when placing an order on a website?

There's alot of Black Friday & Thanksgiving sales coming up,& this one site I order off of has a coupon code that's good for the 22nd & 23rd. I live on the E.Coast,& the site is based out of TX,which is a 1hr time difference. So since it's technically the 22nd at midnight, does that mean I'll have to wait until 1am for the coupon to work? The reason I don't just wait til tomorrow is because there's an item I want that's low stock

The site will probably say somewhere on it what time their sales start. If it doesn't say, just try the coupon at midnight EST and see if it works. If it doesn't, try again in another hour.
