Most important...routine systemic gathering of feedback, reports and statistics (KPI's) Least important... action plans By the time you have worked out what needs to go in an action plan, how you will achieve your outcomes and monitor them...the people who need to make it happen have already decided whether or not they are going to do what needs to be done. What follows... follows naturally. (and if it didn't do the trick it would be picked up in the next round anyway) why waste time and effort browbeating and making workers feel like victims...it is counter productive.
