the best way to get cheap business cards is trully online. I'm using dcp-print.com for few years now and am very pleased. They are slightly cheaper than vistaprint and the quality is the same.

I would check locally. You may find the cheapest rates that way. Sometimes smaller businesses have lower rates.

If your buying business cards, then your number 1 thing shouldn't be price. It should be quality, then price. And you should never skimp on quality. The business card is a lasting memory of who you are to your clients or prospective clients. I personally use Fedex/Kinko's.
