Question

How do I find a good Third Party Administrator?

We're looking to start a 401K plan with a profit sharing component for our small business. It was recommended that we use a third party administrator rather than a fund (e.g. fidelity).
But how do we find a reputable and good third party administrator to design our plan? And is it important that they're geographically near our offices (we have offices in San Francisco and Denver)?

Ask your CPA. Get a couple of different rates. They are usually managed by CPAs.
