(national service animal registry) i wanna have my animal become an esa animal for me and dont wanna pay $150 for a scam or for unnecessary documentations

Regarding the site, I don't know how "official" the certification is...

The site was created in 2008, not quite matching the copyright statement.

Gets a good rating from one automated site checker:

Not BBB registered, it appears to have not received any complaints.

Didn't see any serious scam complaints, this person doubts the authenticity of a certification that anyone can order, providing they have the money.
