    • Regarding the nsarco.com site, I don't know how "official" the certification is... The site was created in 2008, not quite matching the copyright statement. Gets a good rating from one automated site checker: http://www.scamadviser.com/is-nsarco.com-a-fake-site.html Not BBB registered, it appears to have not received any complaints. http://www.bbb.org/oregon/business-reviews/animal-registration-and-identification/national-service-animal-registry-in-grants-pass-or-22666508 Some discussions and quotes from the site. http://www.wrongplanet.net/postp4208860.html Didn't see any serious scam complaints, this person doubts the authenticity of a certification that anyone can order, providing they have the money. http://www.bubblews.com/news/1014895-quotfakequot-service-dogs
