I was on hold for 90 minutes and then the automated operator hung up on me. Absolutely AWFUL I am switching to network solutions. I called network solutions to find out how to switch my domains and I got through to an operator instantly. Yahoo has lost. They should join the ranks of Myspace and Blackberry they suck all around.

I am having the exact same problem. For the last 3 days my business have been out of email service from Yahoo. Their status report blog states that the issues have been resolved, but my business is still awaiting for a resolution of their problem. I can not get thru to a human being at Yahoo. I am exploring switching to other providers that really care for their customers. Yahoo has forgotten how to do business, and lost their technical know how.
