    I'm introducing my customers to my products, should I call them or come to them?

    I'm planning to start a service business. My customers are mostly business offices. I'm wondering: is it better if I come to their offices and present my service or call them?

    Visit in person and try to make an appointment to spend some time with someone who would make the decision. Phoning is annoying and nobody really wants to listen to your pitch on the phone.

    • It depends on the service, but typically to not waste anyone's time you would first make an appointment on the phone, actually mailing them literature may be the first contact you would make.
