What would you do? 1.Offer to repair the defect. 2.Help her find another similar item she also likes. 3.Give her a refund and directions to the nearest store that has the item. 4.Ask her to contact the manufacturer. 5.Attempt to special order it for her

Depends upon the type of store and level of service they want to offer. Are they like Nordstrom or Walmart? Nordstrom or Costco will give her a full refund no questions asked. They may attempt to find a replacement item in another location and offer to ship at no cost.

    • Helllooo. . . We can't take decisions on one option basis so i'm giving you suggestion according to changing situation. First thing that i'd suggest her that is option 2 - if she refuse to purchase any other item then i'll switch to option 1 and give her a suggestion that i'll make it for her if she want. But if she rejected both options then i would try to arrange from another shop because i don't want to lose my customer and if i feel that such customer doesn't deserve this service or care then i would refund her and suggest him another shop. Every customer is precious for us so help him or her if you can. HaVe a hAppY LiFe. . !!
