In the ford fusion commercial where the swimming pool comes apart, how did they do that? Computer animation?

I'm sure it's real, they probably has hidden wires to pull apart the seam on cue, imagine the setup time between takes to refill the pool, I imaging they had water trucks on hand that were faster than a garden hose.
The safety of the kid surfing the wave near exploding walls must have been a concern,

if you will look careful it is a floating inflated ring pool inside a solid wall pool. they simply blow the ring on the inflated pool and bing. The type of pool you first see has a flat top rail and the liner comes over it. Simple
