What is the difference between "Competitive advantage" and "positioning"?

"Competitive advantage" sounds like anything to give an edge over the competition, lower costs and retail prices, fresher produce than the other grocer, better location, bigger signs, brighter packaging, a better established brand name, etc.

"positioning" I believe has to do with the market being targeted, luxury cars may have higher markup than vans because they are positioned as prestige symbols. Just a chance in cereal packaging can position the same product as a premium health food demanding a higher price.

No doubt wikipedia has more concise definitions.
