Anyway it says the price in Yen (Japanese currency) is 3788 (48$ usa money) and I obviously don't have any Yen, I still want to buy it though, so can i pay with American money and still get this item? Thank you.
Yes, absolutely. If you pay with a credit card, the credit card company will simply charge you in yen and apply the currency exchange rate to US dollars. Just make sure it's a major credit card like Visa, MC or AMEX. They may apply an exchange rate fee but it's usually minor, 2 or 3 dollars.
