Organisations need to answer to their share holders..to make share holder happy the organisation needs to be successful and make money..how do you measure success..objectives. It is important that objectives are cascaded down to ensure each indiviudal is contributing to the main goals of the business, not doing so well there is no comon cause with no direction wich equals failure
