Warranties are usually guarantees by product makers to take responsibility in case something goes wrong with a product. Conditions are certain aspects that have to be met. For example, if your Honda Civic's engine goes bad, Honda will repair it for free on the condition that it didn't go bad because you hit it with a sledgehammer.
