Copies of any documents (Certificates of Incorporation, Articles of Organization, Certificates of Amendment, etc.) filed with the Division of Corporations may be obtained by submitting a written request to the New York State Department of State, Division of Corporations, 41 State Street, Albany, NY 12231. The fee for a plain copy is $5, and the fee for a certified copy is $10.
