Its not always cheaper to go through the Postal Service. UPS is cheaper alot of times. One thing people overlook is that UPS's rates are affected mostly by physical size not lbs. like the Post Office. If you pack that shirt into a tiny box you might be surprised on the cost of UPS vs. Post Office.
