A question about personal lending...?

Let's say my credit is in the high 700's. I have a credit card of which I pay on regularly that totals about $2000. Besides my bills and rent I have no other debt. My annual income is about $25,000. If I took a personal loan out with a co payer for about $16,000 what do you think the possibilities of me taking out a car loan would be under the above circumstances?
