can i get insurance at my job, get a mole removed, after that cancelled the insurance???

No. You can only get on insurance through your job when you first qualify, or open enrollment, and you can't cancel it, until the next open enrollment comes along.

If it's open enrollment, yes. You can always cancel a policy. If it is not open enrollment you may want to find a private health insurance agent who can offer something temporary, but make sure it covers the mole removal. Just ask him, he is out for himself not the company so he could care less what you do. I did this same thing for a stomach issue my wife was having. I ended up paying about half the cost, but definately keep the policy for a month or two after the surgery, just in case something starts to act funny.
