Please suggest $99 gifting websites?

Last year I earned $99 two times from www.hexforex.com as they have special scheme in November, but this time I could not find the gifting banners there. Is there any other website that pays money as gift. Last time I just clicked few of the offer ads, I got to the congrats page and provided my paypal ID. I got paid 2 times. I know there would be many other sites, please suggest me few.
