Who can I contact about finding a place to Landsail in IL?
We are a non for profit organization MAALSF, Mid American Adaptive Landsailing Foundation, a three wheeled wind propelled vehicle as seen on www.windline.net who train all persons with psysical needs in the art of sports how to compete and enjoy this recreation. Seeking open land away from trees as a donation, or other. We have appropriate government crediantials with one million in insurance, special needs equipment and trained instructors and do not charge for our services. This, sport is extended especially for male and female US veterans.

You are asking alot here, owners/companies treat land as an asset, and you are asking them in a down economy to donate an asset. You may have more success asking to lease a property at little or no cost to your organization.
