Question

I have a few questions for private landlords(but anyone can answer) last questions was messed up sorry.?

1) How do I rent at 18 if I can't find a gurantor(I will try my best) who earns loads/ it is my first property so how do I get a reference? 2) I wont earn 3x the rent, even if I ended up working full-time. But I need to leave home and council is useless. 3) Will paying some rent in advance (like 3 month) help me get accepted/ prove worthyness. 4) If I am still training after 18 do any landlords accept housing benefit. 5) How do I find roommates? 6) Why is their a rule that you cannot have chest freezers in private property. 7) If I needed to move now can landlords take on a 17 year old tenant. 8) Last but not least. If I make a good impression on the interveiw pay a little more than asked in advance but can't provide a gurantor. Could I still be accepted Like I said it is vital I move out on 18th bday (or before if council would help me but they wont). Answer ASAP thanks It don't start independant and "broke" if your careful and budget your money well.

ok hun' I take it that you are only 17 and although I can't answer any of your questions I understand that you feel you are ready or maybe under 'not nice' circumstances you need to move out of your home.Just a word of advice to you. It's a big, bad and expensive world out there so try and talk to someone about your idea and see what they think before you start your young life independent and broke!! Good luck with your choice!!!!!!!
