Technically speaking it doesn't matter. Just go get your insurance license and start selling. HOWEVER, if you want to have some business background then a business degree would be appropriate.

You probably want some type of business degree, but it doesn't matter which type. College isn't going to teach you about insurance or about how to run an agency.
