Ohio's "Grants for Grads" Housing Incentive?

I just recently graduated from college in May and my fiance and I purchased our first home in Augest. I scoured the internet for deals available for us, being first time home buyers, (besides the tax credit) but all of them required us to fianance through them, and we'd only been able to be pre-approved thru Bank of America. Everyone else said, "Dunno how you did it, stick with them and run if you have it" So we did, and then now, months later, I find out about the deal called "Grants for Grads", which would have helped us out significantly, as we had to borrow from my parents to get the house (and pay them back with tax credit money) My question is, do you think I could still qualify for the Grants for Grads, even though we have already purchased the house? I qualify in the income guidelines, house price, bachlor degree, and first time home buyer intending to stay in ohio 5+ years. I realize its after teh fact, but I never heard a peep about this program until now.
