First time home buyer...?

I am planing on buying my first home. Someone had told me that if i go on the Loudoun County website i can sign up to buy a house through Loudoun. I will benefit from this because instead of buying the house at 200,000 i can buy it through Loudoun for 130,000. I am on the Loudoun website but dont know how to get to the form. Can you please help me:) If anyone knows please let me know. Thank you:)

SCAM! You can't legally buy a house on a website! You have to create a legal contract with the seller. You have to get a home inspection. You have to be qualified for a mortgage. It's a long, drawn-out process. For is, it took about a month & a half. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.
