health Insuance Question?

I have a question about health insurance. I am a 19 years old female and need to get health insurance. I only need health insurance for the next 2 years, because after that I'm moving to England. So I was wondering if someone could help me understand a little more about what my options are. I definitely need something that will cover me when I'm out of the country. I have no health problems, and I don't smoke. I don't have much money so I wouldn't want to spend over 70 or 80 a month. I'm confused about the concept of a deductable and a coinsurance. I was just wondering what would be a health insurance plan that someone would expect for 1 person. Thanks Ray
