Question

I am being foreclosed on and I wonder if the bank has to give me time to get out ?

I have been taken for identity theft by an inhome care provider and was forced to take a loan out that I was not comfortable with but my Mother was living with me at the time, she has since passed away. Indy Mac has gone bankrupt and the new bank Sun West or something like that refuses to play by the rules and so I am awaitin an eviction notice and I need time to find another place and get someone to help me move I am a widow with COPD, Congestive Heart Failure and DVT to name a few I have two heart attacks this year alone and the stress from all of this mess is really taking its toll on me. All I am asking for is time to find another palce and get moved. Can they make me move in 78 hours ? I am on oxygen 24/7 also other than that I am in good shape for the shape I am in (smile) Thank You Dot Allamand Dallamand@aol.com

The banks are so backlogged with paperwork it will takes months for them to evict you. Seriously. They will send nasty letters for a couple of months to scare you away, then they will probably forget you. Eventually it will make it through the courts and if you are still there the court will order the sheriff to evict. You definitely want to be gone before that happens. But I would say you safely have a couple of months to prepare to move
