what is personnel decisions international?
Received an email at work to rate my manager. Its a set of questions. But I'm a bit concerned cause they start off aske ME what is my date of birth etc. What the hell is this? I'm not answering none of these questions. Anybody ever get this??

I've never got that. However, I have looked at their website before. It looks slick and everything, but it also looks like a scam. I suspect that they are just 'phishing' for your personal information. You are very smart to not blindly type your personal info like DOB into such a site. If you did, you would just be inviting identity theft.
