Question
MLS Listing info of foreclosed homes?
Does the MLS listing of a foreclosed home that has been Rehabed and ready for sale, contain information about the foreclosure history of that property. Does it list the amount of debt owed and what price the property auctioned etc etc

The MLS in my state, lists all of that, you can go back several years. The mortgage amount, and auctioned price will appear, but not the exact amount owed. However while it is in preforeclsure status you can obtain the deficiency amount, so I am guessing if you pay to print up the actual foreclosure docs that data will be there.

No. The MLS contains the last sale information on a property, and will tell you what it sold for, so if it last sold for $30k, and it's being sold at $100k in less than a year, there's a pretty good chance it was rehabbed. There is no real way of knowing what someone owes on a property short of their telling you, and really, it doesn't matter.

Ravi, for history information on a property, I suggest you check with the county assessors office. Once a house is closed, that sale information is public information through the county. As for being rehabbed, that information is not part of public records, however it is a part of the MLS records, which are private. And no after the rehab, the seller does not have to disclose previous sales condition or history. Only current information.
