Do you think that CITI’s chapter 11 bankruptcy will cause a double dip recession?
They are responsible for a lot of commercial loans.

CITI did not file bankruptcy, CIT did. Two completely different companies. They only filed for bankruptcy protection, not bankruptcy. It will hardly be noticed except by their stockholders.
