What is the best credit card to get?

My current credit card, Chase, sucks. The customer service representatives are pretty much rude and uninformed about their jobs. If they were just rude, I might cut them a little slack because everyone has bad days. However, they are not just rude. They have no idea what the hell they are talking about. They mailed me an introduction form that said call this number to setup your account. I called that number and the person on the other end informed me that I had to call a different number. I called the second number and the person put me on hold for 15 minutes and then came back to me, and said he couldn't find my form. Then, he asked me for my form number because he didn't believe I actually got invited to get a new card. I gave him my form number and then he told me that I have to mail in the form to prove that I really got an invitation. I was tempted to be an asshole and ask to speak to his manager. However, I didn't. Instead, I've decided that Chase is just stupid and I'm going for a bank with good customer service. Any recommendations?
