How much does small business liability insurance cost?
I am planning on starting a temp service in central Texas that would go out and assist catering companies and hotels when they are short staffed. I am planning on having around 20 employees. About how much would a million dollar insurance policy run me, each month?

OK, first of all, you can't buy it 'by the month'. If you're a new venture, and have no insurance history, you're not going to have many choices, and you're not going to get payments unless you premium finance this. Depending on your payrolls, the liability is probably going to run you around $3500 a year. The workers compensation should run you maybe $10,000 a year, for restaurant class codes and 20 employees working at least 20 hours a week.
