Been A Week And Haven't Received My Order - 10 POINTS?
On the 24th of October I order a package and decided to go with the 3-day shipping since it was only 3 more bucks. By Thursday I haven't received a email telling me my package shipped with a tracking number or the package itself. I contacted customer service that night gave them my info and he/she told me that they were sorry for the inconvenience and would be shipped out of Friday. If I don't receive my package by Tuesday could I call and complain because this is unacceptable. I paid for the 3-day shipping and its been more than a week. If I complain could I get them to give me my package free because this sucks. I have a order number Its been paid for Payment from the bank has been cleared since Monday Shipping info is correct

UM it would be best if you told us what shipping company it was. Also the location where you live and how big the package is. But don't worry most of these packages don't come out exactly in three days. It's sometimes the companies fault for not sending it out fast enough and the shipping takes time. The worst case senerio is when you do not get your package at all.
