They offer a few different ones. The only one I am personally familiar with is an unsecured revolving account. I think citibank visa owned the account but it was provided through dell financial services. Be cautious though. They offer some great deals(0% apr) but you have to pay the balance in full within the specified time or all accrued interest will be applied.

They don't do secured cards only unsecured. I tried to get a card with them when I was 18 and they denied me and didn't give me an option for secured. My dad has a card through them and the interest is around 18% if you are planning on applying I would look at the interest before you get the card and see if you can get a better interest rate.
