unemployed professionals need help to setup a website to upload CV for others to edit/ improve. How do do it?
does yahoo webhosting support a site like that we people can upload info for others to edit and comment on ?

A blogspot blog could accomplish your goals for free. If you want to do this on your own domain buying a domain from namecheap and using fantastico to install a wordpress blog would be your easiest route. If you aren't familiar with wordpress go blogspot. It's easy to use, free, and automatically indexed by google.
