Question
Some one sent me an message for acn company?
Some man, who added me on facebook, I know he's a real normal person because I asked some mutual friends and they said they knew him from high school he seemed like a nice guy... I know we don’t know each other that well, but I've heard some really good things about you. The reason I'm messaging you is because a little while ago I met an executive of a billion dollar company named ______. He’s expanding an international company endorsed by Donald Trump and is looking for some leaders and talented people to form a team of professionals that will lead the expansion. From everything I heard about you and knowing that you would be interested in making some extra money I wanted to recommend you to him. I’m really excited about it because this guy is one of the most respected and successful people in the entire company. He's been responsible for a majority of the expansion of this company in the entire West coast. The people he personally works with all make six figure incomes. He told me that this is not going to interfere with anything that we are currently doing and is designed to work around our schedule. He’d like to speak to each person, that I recommend, over the phone for five minutes, to brief them on everything to see if they would be a good fit. So you want me to recommend you to him? Is this a scam?

It is indeed a scam. (I've researched it a few times). It's a pyramid scheme. It's multi-level marketing (MLM). They don't really sell any products or services. They just want your start-up fees. The 'reps' get a small payment for each person they sign up. Your 'job' would then be to get other people to sign up.
