Well You can either get a job if you are not working Tell hubby to get a 2nd part time job and use the paycheck from that to pay off or pay down the payday loans Or Just stop paying them altogether, close your bank account and watch the mess that that will create.

Tell your Husband to stop being an idiot and taking out loans at 38%, I would recommend going to a bank and getting a decent loan rate to pay off the loan company. But odds are if you are relying on Payday loans then you don't have the best standing with your bank. Save more money, get another job and pay them down. He / You accepted the responsibility of these loans when you took them. Where did you spend the money?

consolidate the debt if your debt is under $2000try a credit card do not use it for shopping, and make a payment plan then follow a budget income -bills food fuel & spending money= payment ie. 500income - 200 rent - 100 food - 50 fuel - 50 spending money = $100 a week to pay off loan payday loans are great in a pinch but they charge massive amounts of intrest so no dinners out drinking or movies for you till your bills are paid

If there's any way you can work, get a job to help him. Sell whatever you can to raise money. Cut expenses as far as you can. See if you can borrow money from family. Then figure out why you're spending more than you make. Create a budget and stick to it. This is going to be very hard but you can do it.

Did he take out more than one loan from more than one place? First, check with the state you are in, some states, like Massachusetts where I live do not allow these types of businesses to run. I would also suggest you both get a second job, these places are going to get their money one way or another. Most have you write a post dated check or use your car title as collateral, is that what you husband did? If the check does not clear they will keep trying everyday until it does clear. Obviously if they took your car title they will take your car. You need to make sure you husband sees the dire consequences of his actions. Did you also know about the loans when he took them out? Was the money needed for essentials like rent and food?

Honestly its not something I would recommend often and it can get you in a lot of debt. But if you need one you need one. Hope you get what you need.
