tenants moving out onday lights saving day?
They are moving out today, 12:00am is when they have to go. It's 11:23pm right, when it's 12:00am, is it going to be 11:00pm, which mean they have one more hour still to go? This seems like a stupid question .. But I'm confused! Thanks in advance

The time does not change officially until 2am, at which time it will become 1am. prior to 2 am, the clock change is not in place.

Honestly, that could go either way. In your position, I would just give them the benefit of the decision and let them have the extra hour. They may be expecting that extra hour, and there's nothing worse than unhappy tenants leaving your house.
