Only by doing a cash advance on one card...then buying a money order to pay the other card.....Don't make a habit of doing this...Cash advance fees are high and cash advance amounts are subjected to much higher interest rates.

maybe as the rebae card is simlar to a gift card thats if your cellphone company accpects visa/mastercard gift card a lot of them wont

I highly doubt it When I have paid my Capital One account online, I only have the choice of using a bank account.
