As far as helping make my business official so people don't think its a false company or a rip-off,and obtaining all necessary licenses.

You need to speak to an CPA firm they can file the necessary forms for you of course at a fee. You should know basically what licenses you'll need in your line of profession. But they will help with all the state and federal filings. Please do not listen to your barber as I hear many times.
